Our WaterMix can be used to resolve a number of aquatic issues, ranging from nutrient management to heavy metal chelation.
WaterMix is composed of bacteria and fungi that are effective resource competitors to the algae or unwanted growth in your water. The WaterMix will not harm any aquatic life. After only a few applications of WaterMix, water will be significantly cleaner and clearer, typically in 21-30 days for murky water, or use to prevent build-ups at the beginning of a season, or with new water inflow.
Preparation for WaterMix
1:130 product to water. Mix.
Aerate up to 48 hours for added benefit.
For ponds: Apply to ponds by spraying shorelines, broadcasting
or spraying into waterway, or through dosing units.
RECOMMENDED:
1 oz per 300-5,000 gallons of water / wastewater 3-6 times per year, or as needed.
WASTE WATER:
For wastewater streams, heavy fat/hydrocarbon contamination, add 1 oz WaterMix per 3000-5000 gallons every 2 weeks for 6 to 8 weeks.
MINE TAILINGS POND & PREGNANT SOLUTIONS:
For mine tailings ponds and other industrial heavy metal applications, add 1 oz WaterMix per 1000 gallons every 2 weeks for 6 to 8 weeks.
FRAC WATER TREATMENT:
For Frac Water, add 1 oz WaterMix per 600-1,200 gallons for 2 treatments and 1 oz per 1,500 gallons until desired results are achieved.
HYDROCARBON TREATMENT:
Add 1 oz WaterMix per 1,500-5,000 (depending on density of hydrocarbons) gallons of aerated, polluted waters or mix 5 oz in a 5 gallon sprayer and spray surface of water. Repeat every 2 weeks for 6 to 8 weeks.
MOSQUITO REDUCTION: Our WaterMix will also decrease mosquitos by limiting their food source.
Spray in foliage and areas where mosquitoes are likely to make a home. We generally see a 98%+ decrease in mosquitoes in treated areas
Safety & Handling:
Store in cool, dry place. Should bottle expand, vent air and replace cap. Use diluted product within three days or discard safely. Use only as directed. Since the bacteria is aerobic, water must be aerated to maintain oxygen at 3 PPM. Do not apply to chlorinated water.
Do not eat. May cause skin or nasal irritation, wear mask when using and wash when finished. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.
